Change of Mind or Wrong Tickets Ordered: We do not accept change of mind or wrong orders. Please ensure you check your order before ordering and entering your credit card details for payment.
We offer various types of tickets for different types of cinemas and screenings. Please check each ticket before ordering to ensure it meets your requirements before ordering. Each ticket may have varying terms and conditions and minimum order quantities.
Tickets are delivered electronically via email. Please ensure you provide a correct email address. Tickets will not be posted. Please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder.
Please allow approximately 20 minutes for electronic delivery.
Tickets are emailed in PDF format only. Please ensure your computer or device is enabled to open PDF. You will be required to print and show these vouchers at the box office in order to book a movie. If booking online you will need the information contained in the PDF.
Expiry Dates and other Ticket terms
All tickets have a minimum of 2 months from date of expiry. We DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges for expired tickets under any circumstances.
All serial numbers of tickets are recorded prior to being sent. If you claim that you have not received all tickets that we have recorded that were sent then those tickets will be cancelled with the respective cinema and marked as “stolen” if they are presented the police will be notified.
For terms and conditions of use please refer to the details provided on the ticket as displayed on our site under details. Please remember that additional charges will be incurred at the cinema for serviced like 3D, booking fees, etc. Please also consider that these tickets do not guarantee you entry to a movie on a particular day especially with Gold Class and Directors Lounge / LUX vouchers we encourage you to book prior as seats are limited.
Discount Cinema vouchers are not required under Federal Gift Card laws to have a minimum 3 expiry as they are sold at a discount. Please refer the legislation at https://consumerlaw.gov.au/new-gift-card-laws for more information
We take fraudulent transactions seriously. All fraudulent transactions will be referred to Victoria Police.
Any personal information we receive is not passed on to any other parties at any time. At no time do we ever receive any credit card details except to advise a successful payment. We are not liable for any privacy policies for the payment transaction – please refer to their terms and conditions.
Payment it only accepted via Credit Card Only. We do not accept cash, cheque, or direct deposit payments.
No orders are processed until payment has been successful.
