Orders
Orders will be dispatched via email only to the email address provided. It is the responsibility of the person ordering to ensure a correct email address is provided. We will not take responsibility for non-delivery when incorrect details have been provided. There is a timed delay of up to 20 minutes before you will receive your e tickets. Please ensure that your order has not been sent to your junk mail folder.
Minimum Orders
Standard tickets must be ordered in multiple of four. Unrestricted tickets can be ordered in multiple of two. This means that if you require both adult and child you must order the minimum amount of both adult and child tickets i.e. 8 tickets. Tickets can be used in multiple visits to the cinema.
Expiry Dates
All tickets have an expiry date that is printed on the voucher. All tickets have a minimum of 2 months expiry from date of issue.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or extended for any reason including once they have expired.
Discount Cinema Tickets that are purchased from this page are not required to have a minimum 3 expiry period under the Gift Card Legislation as the vouchers are sold at a discount. Please refer to the legislation at https://consumerlaw.gov.au/new-gift-card-laws for further information.
Ordering of wrong tickets
Please ensure you check your order before proceeding to the check out. Tickets that are incorrectly ordered cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Other Terms and Conditions
We cannot guarantee that by purchasing an e voucher from us that you will be able to use it at your selected cinema for a specific date or session time. Availability is subject to the discretion of the cinema and their capacity.
